Seal & Expunge Criminal Records

When a case is dismissed or the individual is not convicted, the option to seal or expunge the criminal record may be available. Some criminal offenses are not able to be sealed, and if there is a prior conviction, for any offense, a sealing or expungement of the current offense is not permitted. Each situation is different, and a quick consultation with counsel can determine whether the case is eligible to be sealed or expunged.
